        Features of XKW series CNC thread whirling machine:
        1. Adopted independent spindle、maintenance-free、high rigidity、high precision drive.
        2. Matched with double high strength supports, special clamped multi-tool cutter ring
        3. Cutting method: internal cutting and external cutting (external cutting may add the grinding function)
        4. Servo main spindle, Z axis, X axis, whirling spindle, four axis function.
        5. CNC control axis: 3 axis(C axis、Z axis、X axis)；3-linkage by servo motors
        6. Thread whirling spindle adopted stepless AC frequency conversion speed.

            Efficient thread cutting 
								equipment - a whirlwind milling
        
    A whirlwind milling is the installation of ordinary lathe of 
								high speed cutting power head, can choose 
								different cemented carbide tool for various 
								materials for high speed, efficient thread 
								milling.
        
    I unit production whirlwind milling is introduced from 
								Germany in our plant whirlwind milling lathe 
								(processing military screw, silk mother) on the 
								basis of the research and development. A 
								whirlwind milling bid farewell to the 
								traditional thread processing, make the thread 
								processing time, cost greatly reduced. The 
								product accuracy is improved.
        
    1. No changes to the lathe structure, convenient
